  1. Strengthen the insulation of the electrostatic precipitator of the sludge dryer. When the thermal insulation shell is laid in areas outside the north, even if the temperature is low, it is necessary to consider adding steam heating or electric heating devices to avoid encountering condensate oil.

  2. Improve the corrosion resistance of the electrostatic precipitator components of the sludge dryer. The inner surface of the shell should be coated with anti-corrosion paint. Plates and polar wires should be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, or a heat-resistant conductive protective layer should be added to the corrosion-resistant parts. Minimize the defects on the steel surface, such as: slag, processing stress, cracks, sharp corners, welds, etc.

  3. Strengthen the dust removal system of the sludge dryer to reduce the air leakage dust collector. The dust collector generally adopts negative pressure operation, the air leakage not only increases the dust collection, but also makes the flue gas temperature lower than the dew point, which causes the surface of the shell to condense.

  4. The sludge drying equipment will have various conditions during long-term use, and corrosion is more common, because the equipment may sometimes be exposed to the outdoors and subjected to wind and rain. The problem is not terrible. The key is to find a way to make up, and follow the correct operation steps. For the equipment, the better way is to take preventive measures and implement this in actual production.
